Position

Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drive everything we do. Our Commercial team sits at the center of the company’s marketplace—shaping how we serve restaurants, grocers, and new verticals worldwide. We’re looking for a Senior Catalogue Specialist to join our Dubai team. This is a hybrid role. In this role, you’ll help us build and maintain a high-quality product catalogue across all partners. You’ll curate item names, categories, images, and descriptions in alignment with our brand standards. You’ll also support ongoing content clean-up, sprint initiatives, and large-scale partner onboarding, working closely with the Category and Account Management teams.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Curate and optimise partner catalogues to ensure menus are complete, accurate, and conversion-ready.
  • Create, update, and manage product listings (SKUs) using internal tools across a wide range of grocery and retail partners.
  • Standardise item names, categories, and tags to enhance product discoverability and deliver a consistent customer experience.
  • Enrich product pages with high-quality images and compelling descriptions, leveraging AI tools and creative inputs.
  • Collaborate with account managers, content providers, and design teams to launch fully merchandised catalogues for key campaigns and promotions.

Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:

  • 1–2 years of experience in content operations, e-commerce, retail, or similar data-focused roles.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to manage large data sets accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured, process-driven approach to content creation and optimisation.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (required) and Arabic (preferred).

This is a hybrid role.
