As a Senior Client Project / Programme Manager, you will act as an advanced subject matter expert, responsible for leading and directing concurrent client projects classified as standard or complex. This role may also involve larger-scale programs and requires delivery across multiple business areas, geographies, and technologies.
Your primary responsibility will be to interface with all project stakeholders to take projects from original concept through to final implementation, including handover to Operations—whether internal to the organization or to the client's support operations. You will lead the coordinated management of multiple related projects within a program to achieve business objectives and ensure the strategic benefits are transitioned to the client organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex projects, ensuring management of multiple related projects toward a common objective.
- Engage with stakeholders to deliver projects from original concept through final implementation.
- Maintain client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting as a single point of contact.
- Ensure project/program delivers an as-sold solution, remains within budget, and is delivered on time while maintaining quality criteria.
- Document and manage risks and issues, providing clear and concise communications to all stakeholders.
- Provide pre-sales support by working with sales teams to scope and cost a project or program solution, including completing proposals.
- Identify opportunities and influence the sale by conducting business conversations with clients.
- Coordinate activities of project teams through task delegation and resource assignment.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business and/or project management or related field.
- Relevant project management certifications (preferably PMP) required; ITIL certification is beneficial.
Required Experience:
- Demonstrated project/program management experience, preferably in a multinational Professional Services environment.
- Advanced client engagement experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of the project/program life cycle.
