Your Future Role: Customer Success Manager
Oracle's Customer Success Organization is undergoing a transformative shift towards a customer-centric model. We are seeking a manager with experience leading customer transformations within the F500 technology and SaaS sectors. Your role will involve managing critical projects for strategic customers, ensuring successful implementations, and mitigating risks. Responsibilities include:

  • Driving complex partner-led SaaS implementations
  • Assessing risk and ensuring compliance with project standards
  • Mentoring customers, Oracle teams, and partners involved in the transformations
  • Managing a portfolio of projects while responding to early warning signs
  • Aligning internal teams to support customer success
  • Acting as an escalation point for customers and resolving conflicts

Work Conditions

  • Flexibility to work from home or travel up to 50% of the time, potentially on short notice

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in product line or Cloud transformation
  • Proven ability to lead the success of cloud solutions across various functions including Sales and Support
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A consultative approach to building relationships with customers and partners
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience
