As a Senior Cloud Customer Success Manager, you will be pivotal in leading customer transformations in the F500 technology and SaaS landscapes. You will be responsible for governing, managing risks, and maximizing project management to ensure successful completion of projects for strategic customers through Oracle partner System Integrators (SI). This role emphasizes a proactive, customer-facing approach and requires collaboration with various stakeholders to drive success.

Responsibilities

  • Build and drive complex partner-led SaaS transformational implementations.
  • Assess and mitigate project risks while ensuring standards compliance.
  • Manage project constraints and contracts effectively.
  • Mentor and collaborate with partners and customer teams.
  • Maintain a holistic overview of key projects for specific clients.
  • Focus on delivering expectations to stakeholders and managing contractual implications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Development, Support, Legal, Customer Success, and Sales.
  • Address customer and partner concerns about solution gaps and development requests.

Work Conditions

  • This position requires the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Flexibility to work from home when necessary.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of relevant experience in cloud solutions and product transformation.
  • Proven track record in leading end-to-end success in cloud solution projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on ownership and execution.
  • Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus.
