Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of engineers, fostering individual ownership and impact.
• Lead IAAS automation across Azure, AWS clouds.
• Expert with Azure DevOps service and other critical Azure services ensuring cost-efficient design.
• Automate server deployments, patching, and reporting.
• Maintain a robust CI/CD framework.
• Proactively track issues and collaborate for timely resolution.
• Define, elaborate, and follow ITIL process.
• Create and manage SOP, Quality, process, knowledge base documentation.
• Ensure continuous service availability following best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years’ experience in Azure, AWS cloud support.
• Expert in defining and following ITIL process (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge management).
• Experience in developing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipelines (CI/CD).
• Experience in building health and performance monitoring systems.
• Strong background in Linux, Windows, Storage, Network devices Administration.
• Operational knowledge in vulnerability management – patching, hardening.
• Solid hands-on knowledge of Configuration Management and Deployment tools such as Puppet/Chef, Ansible, Terraform, etc.
• Solid hands-on knowledge of Dockers and Container Orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, Rancher, Docker Swarm.
• Proficient in scripting languages like Shell, Jason, Java, Python, and Git workflows.
• Working knowledge in any database query language is advantageous.
• Vendor Certification in Azure Solutions Architect Expert level, AWS Solutions Architect, ITIL, Dockers, Kubernetes preferred.
