Our dedicated Tech Cloud sales team is the crucial link between the company Cloud Products and the customers who need our technology. As a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Account Manager for the KSA market, you will have full agency over accounts and deals within your territory. Your role involves building high-level connections, influencing business decisions, and gaining hands-on experience across various sales areas.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing the company Cloud strategy throughout your territory.
  • Participating in new business sales, expansions, renewals, and account management.
  • Supporting a variety of customers, from charities to multi-national strategic accounts.
  • Driving transformational deals and influencing C-level decision makers.
  • Collaborating with hardworking and supportive sales functions.
  • Developing long-term, sustainable relationships with customers and partners.

To succeed in this role, you will work to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within your assigned territory. You will sell directly to the territory or via partners and utilize inbound and/or outbound techniques to identify, qualify, and close new opportunities. Managing accounts throughout the entire sales process, you will collaborate with team members in business development, consulting, and support to uncover all customer needs.

You will also need to understand the company's product offerings and competitive landscape to develop comprehensive solution proposals. Travel to customer sites to identify and develop sales opportunities is required, as well as participation in the development and presentation of a value proposition. On-site customer presentations with C-level executives to negotiate and close strategic and complex deals are expected. Additionally, you will liaise with customer contacts to manage relationships, identify new opportunities, and maximize sales.
