Responsibilities:
- Cloud Architecture & Native Design: Design, architect, and deploy secure and scalable enterprise network topologies using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Advanced Security & Appliance Integration: Implement and manage network security policies and cloud-native security services.
- Enterprise Automation (IaC): Lead automation efforts using Terraform for provisioning and managing network security infrastructure.
- Google Fabric Fast Adoption: Standardize deployments utilizing Google best practices to ensure compliance and structured architectures.
- Technical Leadership & Collaboration: Communicate complex concepts while collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Expert IaC Skills: Strong expertise in Terraform; knowledge of Python or Ansible is an advantage.
- Google Best Practices: Familiarity with GCP enterprise landing zone architectures and Google Fabric Fast blueprints.
- Network & Security Protocols: In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, TCP/IP, and hybrid connectivity.
- Third-Party Ecosystems: Experience with security stacks like Palo Alto, Fortinet, and F5 in cloud environments.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years in cloud networking and security design.
- Proven success in transitioning on-premise environments to secure GCP infrastructure.
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Mandatory Certifications:
- Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Network Engineer
- Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Security Engineer
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is required.
