Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-scale Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments.
- Build secure and scalable cloud landing zones using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Develop and maintain reusable Terraform modules following best engineering practices.
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and platform automation.
- Support cloud migration and application modernization initiatives.
- Implement cloud networking, IAM, security, and governance best practices.
- Deploy, configure, and support Kubernetes (GKE) environments.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex cloud platform issues and provide technical guidance.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Cloud Platform Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or DevOps.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Expert knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience designing and deploying enterprise cloud landing zones.
- Strong experience with Git-based CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Google Cloud Build.
- Experience with Kubernetes (GKE), cloud networking, IAM, and cloud security.
- Proven experience supporting cloud migration and application modernization projects.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Google Cloud Fabric FAST or enterprise landing zone frameworks.
- Experience with cloud governance, monitoring, and logging solutions.
- Experience working within large enterprise environments.
- Google Cloud certifications (Associate Cloud Engineer, Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Cloud Network Engineer, or Professional Cloud Security Engineer).
