Avrioc Technologies is seeking a Senior CloudOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or a related STEM field, and at least 5+ years of experience in a cloud engineering role. You will have in-depth experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, along with relevant cloud certifications.
Responsibilities & Authorities:
- Design, deploy, and manage cloud-based infrastructure and services on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for designing resilient, high-availability (HA) cloud architectures across multiple regions and clouds.
- Manage multi-account cloud environments, including organization and governance.
- Utilize tools like AWS Control Tower, Azure Blueprints, or Google Cloud Resource Manager for automating account setup and governance.
- Design and implement cloud landing zones that are secure, scalable, and compliant.
- Automate organizational policies enforcement and compliance requirements.
- Conduct Well-Architected Reviews and implement best practices for cloud architecture.
- Manage and optimize cloud costs across multiple accounts.
- Configure and manage Transit Gateway for cross-VPC communication.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a cloud engineering role.
- Proficiency in cloud networking principles and management.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Intermediate to expert skills in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Go.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
