Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Oversee commissioning and MEP activities throughout design, construction, and handover phases while ensuring compliance with mission-critical standards for reliability, redundancy, and performance. Drive quality assurance and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Technical Delivery: Support factory design, construction, and commissioning for advanced technology projects. Manage the integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems with IT and process equipment while implementing best practices for energy efficiency, sustainability, and uptime.
- Team & Resource Management: Structure and manage commissioning teams and MEP specialists, mentor junior engineers, and ensure knowledge transfer within the organization.
- Business Development: Assist in bid preparation and contribute to winning new projects while engaging with clients to comprehend their technical requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the technical authority for commissioning and MEP systems, coordinating with design consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
- 15–20 years of experience in commissioning and MEP management for mission-critical facilities.
- Proven track record in data centers and advanced manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of factory design, construction, and commissioning processes.
- Familiarity with international standards (e.g., ASHRAE, Uptime Institute, NFPA).
