Strategic Roles & Responsibilities (40%)
- Develop communication strategies for specific projects and campaigns as directed by the Team Lead
- Provide input to crisis communication and reputation management initiatives ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals
- Support leadership in aligning communication plans with departmental objectives
Operational Roles & Responsibilities (60%)
- Execute internal and external communication plans including content creation, media relations, and public relations activities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in messaging and adherence to SEO best practices
- Monitor and report on the performance of communication initiatives, recommending tactical adjustments to improve outcomes
- Oversee the creation of high-quality internal and external communication materials
- Ensure that all content follows SEO best practices, optimizing it for search engine visibility to support the organization's digital presence and drive online engagement
- Mentor junior communications professionals and guide them in the execution of communication initiatives
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Certifications
- Proven leadership and strategic communication skills.
- Expertise in media relations and external communications.
- Technical writing certificates are required.
- Bilingual, with proficiency in reading and writing in both English and Arabic.
Years of Experience
- Minimum 6 years' experience in communications, with a strong background in communications agencies and healthcare clients.
