This role involves assessing the technical competency and qualifications of Quality personnel, ensuring compliance with established competency requirements, and conducting audits to meet client and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Quality Competency Assessment Program.
- Conduct assessments for QA/QC Engineers, Inspectors, and other quality-critical roles.
- Review personnel qualifications against competency requirements.
- Perform gap analyses and recommend training or development actions.
- Maintain Quality Competency Matrices and Assessment Registers.
- Conduct internal quality audits and client audits.
- Analyze recurring quality findings to identify competency-related root causes.
- Provide technical advice on competency and quality assurance.
- Monitor implementation of corrective actions and Quality KPIs.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001.
- Experience in conducting audits and quality inspections.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Quality Reporting Tools.
