Senior Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with 7–12 years of project management experience, specifically in integration-related projects within the banking domain.

Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics, and build detailed project plans and milestones.
• Identify risks and issues, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution.
• Facilitate communication across business, technical teams, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with governance, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive timely delivery of milestones and validate deliverables against requirements.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct steering committees and status reviews with senior stakeholders.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Strong background in Program Management.
