In this position, you will contribute to establishing the foundational layer of Information Management for some of the world’s largest enterprises. You will lead the technical and Solution Implementation stream in Professional Services projects, whether they are Cloud-based or Off-cloud.

Your Impact
- Understand and engage with the transformational initiatives of businesses in the Enterprise Information Management space.
- Advocate, advise, and implement world-class solutions for our clients.
- Lead a team of consultants to ensure the delivery of the right solutions in the context of each project.
- Contribute to the generation of roadmaps for clients.
- Scope functionally complete and commercially viable offerings during the bid phase.
- Articulate the benefits of selecting solution options in discussions with internal experts and enterprise architects on the client side.
- Follow and contribute to best practices for solution architecture, technical architecture, and solution implementation approaches.
- Ensure solutions are implemented according to best practices and align with the client’s strategic initiatives by overseeing and applying quality gates.
- Stay updated on cloud technologies and integrate learning into practical applications as needed.
What You Need to Succeed
- Expert-level knowledge with hands-on experience in either AppWorks or Enterprise Content Management (ECM) stack, or both.
- Expertise in similar products may also be considered.
- A minimum of 15 years of technical experience in designing and implementing solutions within the above products.
- Excellent knowledge and experience working with enterprise applications, IT infrastructure, networks, and relational databases.
- Strong communication skills that promote trust and clarity.
- Strategic thinking skills that allow structuring ideas to achieve incremental value in every cycle.
- Familiarity with various lifecycles of solution architecture, whether building from the ground up or transforming existing systems to meet specific objectives.
- Ability to maintain seamless interactions with project teams, internal and external stakeholders through clear communication, simplifying complexity, and employing a results-driven approach.
