The Opportunity: This position is within our Data & AI team, providing advisory services focused on AI Engineering and Generative AI (GenAI). As an AI Engineering professional, you'll help businesses unlock value by designing, building, and operationalizing scalable AI solutions using modern MLOps pipelines and cloud-native technologies. Your responsibilities will include integrating large language models (LLMs), automating workflows with GenAI, and embedding AI capabilities into business processes.
The consultant will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to ensure that AI-driven solutions align with strategic goals and deliver measurable business impact. The role will be based in Riyadh, with a center of excellence in Jordan and Egypt, and will involve remote support for MENA client engagements. Travel will be required based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage up to two projects alongside senior business leaders.
- Enable clients to define an AI-driven FAAS strategy that addresses risk and maximizes value from emerging technologies.
- Help clients realize business value through AI use cases, including LLMs, GenAI applications, and MLOps implementation.
- Ensure timely delivery in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor engagement team performance against budget and evaluate innovative AI/GenAI tools.
- Stay updated on emerging AI trends and support go-to-market efforts.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree and approximately 3 to 4 years of related work experience.
- Demonstrated work experience of at least 5+ years in a global consulting firm.
- Practical experience in AI and ML development with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Hands-on experience building and fine-tuning LLMs.
- Experience designing MLOps pipelines and deploying AI models in production.
- Domain knowledge in one or more of the following: Government, Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, Telecom.
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in the Arabic language is preferred.
