You will integrate large language models (LLMs), automate workflows with GenAI, and embed AI capabilities into business processes. The Senior Consultant will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to ensure AI-driven solutions are aligned with strategic goals and deliver tangible business impact.
This role requires flexibility, with travel as necessary for client engagements. You will be responsible for managing projects, defining AI-driven FAAS strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and monitoring team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage up to two projects alongside senior business leaders.
- Define an AI-driven FAAS strategy that addresses risk and maximizes the value of emerging technologies.
- Help clients realize business value through AI use-cases, including LLMs and GenAI applications.
- Ensure timely delivery in compliance with regulatory requirements and effective execution of the FAAS service delivery framework.
- Stay informed on emerging AI trends and support business development efforts.
Skills and Attributes for Success:

- Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree and approximately 3 to 4 years of related work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a global consulting firm.
- Practical experience in AI and ML development, particularly with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Hands-on experience in building and fine-tuning LLMs and designing MLOps pipelines.
- Exposure to GenAI use cases, with domain knowledge in government, healthcare, financial services, retail, or telecom.
- Knowledge of data privacy, ethical AI, and responsible AI principles.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in the Arabic language is preferred.
