In this role, you will leverage your analytical insights to enhance our clients' global business performance. As a member of a high-performing team, you will deliver exceptional client service and assist leading organizations in improving their procurement and sourcing performance. The Supply Chain & Operations – Procurement team focuses on:

  • Spend Management – cost optimisation, category management, strategic sourcing
  • Procurement Operating Model Transformation
  • Procurement Digitalisation
  • Procurement Operations
  • ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance)

Key Responsibilities

  • Create innovative commercial insights for clients based on your knowledge and experience.
  • Adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs.
  • Contribute to improving operational efficiency on projects and internal initiatives.

Skills and Attributes for Success

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Strong Procurement project background in industry or consulting
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience at a tier 1 consultancy
  • Outstanding academic record, at least a Bachelor's degree
  • Experience and passion for digital solutions, operating model development, third-party spend management, ESG, or leading supply chain solutions
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
  • An entrepreneurial flair with the ability to identify business opportunities and cross-sell services
  • Arabic language proficiency (speaking and reading) is an advantage but not essential
