Position

As a Senior Consultant/Assistant Manager in Risk Management, you will assist the Functional Quality and Performance Lead Partner (F-QPLP) and the Functional – Risk Management Partner (F-RMP) with day-to-day advisory quality and risk management initiatives. Your role includes driving a culture of quality, compliance, ethics, and integrity, and leading quality and risk management procedures for large transformation projects exceeding specific thresholds within the Advisory service line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist management in executing quality and risk management initiatives across the Advisory service line.
  • Lead risk management processes for transformation projects, ensuring compliance with global and local policies.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of quality and risk management issues, including local regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures related to quality and risk management.
  • Identify, evaluate, and address risks associated with large projects, providing proactive compliance solutions.
  • Prepare risk reports and presentations for management and coordinate departmental meetings.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is an advantage.
  • Minimum 6-7 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, compliance, or a related field at a Big 4 or other reputable professional services firm, multinational organization, or financial institution.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of global and local quality and risk management policies and procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and relevant software.
  • Technical IT skills to operate risk management platforms and tools.
