Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, refine, and document business requirements related to hotel booking, servicing, and holiday platform capabilities.
- Support end-to-end functional flow definition across booking, managing bookings, servicing, and exception scenarios.
- Deepen functional analysis across Amadeus PSS capabilities, including PNR creation, updates, servicing processes, and related booking flows.
- Collaborate with digital, architecture, business, and IT stakeholders to clarify requirements, validate solution design, and identify impacts, dependencies, risks, and gaps.
- Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements and Jira stories for effective delivery across complex IT environments.
- Build subject matter expertise in Amadeus PSS and airline digital ecosystems, becoming a trusted functional and technical reference point for stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Amadeus Passenger Service System, including PNR structure, lifecycle, ancillary services, and booking flows.
- Experience in the airline, travel, or holidays domain, capable of supporting complex business and technology delivery environments.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role in IT delivery programs.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Understanding of digital platforms and system integrations within airline servicing ecosystems.
- Experience in writing structured requirements, user stories, or Jira stories for technology delivery teams.
- Comfort operating in a consulting environment with evolving priorities and stakeholders.
