As a Procurement professional, you will work as part of a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client service and support leading organizations in improving their procurement and sourcing performance. Our Supply Chain & Operations – Procurement team focuses on Procurement transformation, including:

  • Spend Management – cost optimization, category management, strategic sourcing
  • Procurement Operating Model Transformation
  • Procurement Digitalization
  • Procurement Operations
  • ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draw on your knowledge and experience to create innovative commercial insights for clients and adapt methods to fit operational team and cultural needs.
  • Contribute to thought leadership, improve operational efficiency on projects, and support internal initiatives.

Skills and Attributes for Success:
To qualify for this role, you must have:

  • A strong background in Procurement projects from industry or consulting
  • 3 to 5 years of experience at a tier 1 consultancy
  • An outstanding academic record, at least at Bachelor degree level
  • Experience and passion for digital solutions, operating model development, third-party spend management, ESG, or leading supply chain solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial flair with the ability to identify business opportunities and cross-sell services/products
  • Arabic speaking and reading skills are an advantage but not essential
