Contributing to Risk-based Internal Audit, Corporate Governance, Internal Control Review, Policies and Procedures, Risk Management, and Enterprise Risk Management.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyses for clients in the Energy and Natural Resources, Manufacturing & Utilities sectors.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.
- Provide advisory services on regulatory compliance, governance, and internal controls within the industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and insights to clients.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in risk management.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations and reports, communicating complex risk concepts clearly and concisely.
- Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor consulting services to address unique challenges.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects, showcasing strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Be comfortable working with databases and all applications of the Microsoft suite.
- Willing to travel on client engagements and work flexible hours.
- Support leadership in business development by working on proposals.

Requirements
- Education Background: Engineer + master’s with relevant certifications – preferably Electrical/Chemical/Mechanical/Petroleum Engineer.
- Minimum 4 - 7 years of experience in Consulting, preferably Big 4, with a good understanding of the specified industry.
- Great presentation and data analytics skills (MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Good understanding of technical areas such as Operations, Maintenance, HSE, Asset Management, Risk Management, Policies, Procedures, Strategy, Market Research, etc.
