Job Purpose:
Contributing to risk-based internal audit, corporate governance, internal control review, policies and procedures, risk management, and enterprise risk management.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyses for clients.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Provide advisory services on regulatory compliance, governance, and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and insights.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends in risk management.
  • Assist in the preparation of client presentations and reports.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects effectively, demonstrating strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with databases and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willing to travel on client engagements and work flexible hours.
  • Support business development through proposal writing.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Background: Engineer with a master’s degree and relevant certifications; preferably in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, or Petroleum Engineering.
  • Experience: 4-7 years in consulting, preferably within a Big 4 firm, with a solid understanding of the relevant industries.
  • Skills: Excellent presentation and data analytics capabilities (MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel), and understanding of technical areas such as Operations, Maintenance, HSE, Asset Management, Risk Management, Policies, Procedures, Strategy, and Market Research.
