In the role of Senior Consultant, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

  • Lead the design and implementation of an AI Governance Framework for client organizations, creating necessary documentation including policies, standards, and operating models.
  • Conduct AI risk assessments throughout the model lifecycle and evaluate third-party vendor AI risks.
  • Perform readiness and gap assessments against recognized standards such as ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, and the EU AI Act.
  • Create AI inventories, risk taxonomies, and use case classification schemes, defining risk tiering and escalation thresholds relevant to client operations.
  • Implement regulatory obligations into actionable controls for stakeholders.
  • Assess model documentation, bias and fairness testing, explainability, and human oversight mechanisms.
  • Utilize market-leading platforms for automating AI Governance to enhance compliance reporting.
  • Facilitate workshops and client-focused sessions to achieve project deliverables.

  • Demonstrate personal accountability and effective relationship-building skills.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to attract top talent and develop personal learning.
  • Align personal work with team and business priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, Law, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in risk, technology assurance, cybersecurity, data governance, or regulatory compliance, with a minimum of 2 years in AI/ML governance.
  • Working knowledge of ISO/IEC 42001, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST AI RMF, and the EU AI Act.
  • Familiarity with regional regulatory frameworks including CBUAE, SAMA, SDAIA, NCA ECC, PDPL, DIFC/ADGM.
  • Proven experience in designing or assessing control frameworks and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical risks into business language.
  • Certification in AI Governance platform tools implementation is a plus.
