Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and configure RSA Archer solutions to meet client-specific GRC requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Customize Archer modules, including Risk Management, Compliance Management, Incident Management, and Policy Management.
- Develop and maintain data feeds, system integrations, and application workflows.
- Perform platform upgrades, patches, and overall system maintenance.
- Provide technical consultation and best practices for Archer implementation and customization.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Document system design, configuration changes, and standard operating procedures.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Archer with other enterprise platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, SIEM).
Skills and Attributes for Success:
- Ability to collaborate with the engagement team to plan and develop work program timelines and risk assessments.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to travel on short notice.
- Proficiency in policy management, compliance management, risk management, and issue management modules.
- Strong hands-on experience with RSA Archer, including installation, configuration, and customization.
- Understanding of GRC frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT) and how to operationalize them within Archer.
- Proficiency in creating data-driven events (DDEs), calculated fields, and advanced workflows.
- Familiarity with Archer Control Panel administration and backend database management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with technical and business stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in RSA Archer implementation, configuration, and GRC processes.
- Hands-on experience delivering Archer solutions for medium-to-large organizations.
- Valid passport for travel.
Language Requirements: Excellent communication skills are essential, and fluency in English is required.
