Business Value Management operates at the intersection of business value, AI platform architectures, and deal strategy, partnering with account teams and customer executives to translate complex data and AI capabilities into quantified economic outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Middle East & Africa Deal Support (~80%): Serve as principal value architect for strategic deals within a defined sales territory, involving stakeholder mapping, alignment with senior sales leaders, and ownership of value-focused customer engagements.
  • Global Value Selling Thought Leadership & Enablement (~20%): Execute on global strategic initiatives, including developing value frameworks and methodologies, building value case studies in partnership with customers, and launching value-based corporate sales plays.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in strategy consulting, value engineering, or equivalent customer-facing roles
  • Significant experience driving customer engagements and working cross-functionally with dynamic organizations
  • Strong ownership mindset, capable of independent operation in ambiguous, high-growth environments
  • Experience with quantitative analysis and structured reasoning
  • Ambition and desire to learn about data, AI technology, and value selling methodologies
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for greater working efficiency
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in explaining complex technical concepts to a lay audience
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and team colocation (~25%)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on deal/sales experience in a Sales organization and/or with account executives
  • Knowledge of data and AI software and infrastructure, including key Apache projects (Spark, Trino, Kafka, etc.)
  • Expertise in relevant verticals: Banking, Insurance, Telco, Life Sciences, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail/CPG, Public Sector
