You will gain insights into the design and operations of privacy and data trust programs across diverse industries, and learn to design measurable, sustainable programs to navigate the constantly evolving privacy landscape. This role falls under our Forensics practice, aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness by shifting focus from transaction-level control to value-driven decision support and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver client engagements and internal projects focused on data privacy and data trust.
  • Assist clients in assessing their data privacy programs to ensure compliance with local and global regulations while building consumer trust.
  • Research emerging technologies to evaluate their potential impact on privacy and organizational efficiency.
  • Advise clients on managing data privacy programs to mitigate business risks.
  • Assess privacy programs and strategies using proprietary frameworks, design solutions for gap remediation, enhance maturity of privacy capabilities, and develop sustainable processes to meet business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management Science, Information Security, Data, Law, or a related field.
  • 6 to 8 years of work experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in the following areas:
    • Assessing client risk and compliance against privacy regulations.
    • Designing or operationalizing functional privacy within or on behalf of a business.
    • Providing support for privacy-enhancing technology (PET).
  • Familiarity with frameworks like GDPR, PDPL, and methodologies used in data protection and privacy.
  • Practical experience conducting risk assessments and testing data protection controls.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics methods.
  • Ideally, hold certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, or CIPT.
  • Strong skills in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio, alongside solid oral and written communication skills.
