Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, building, and operationalizing scalable AI solutions using modern MLOps pipelines and cloud-native technologies.
- Integrating large language models (LLMs), automating workflows with GenAI, and embedding AI capabilities into business processes.
- Collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to ensure solutions align with strategic goals and deliver business impact.
- Managing up to two projects, defining an AI-driven FAAS strategy that maximizes value from emerging technologies.
- Ensuring timely delivery in compliance with regulatory requirements and monitoring engagement team performance against budget.
Key Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree with approximately 3 to 4 years of related work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a global consulting firm.
- Practical experience in AI and ML development with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Experience building and fine-tuning LLMs and designing MLOps pipelines.
- Domain knowledge in areas such as Government, Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, or Telecom.
- Understanding of data privacy, ethical AI, and responsible AI principles.
- Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
- Flexibility to travel on short notice when necessary.
Working Conditions:
- This is a full-time, on-site position in Dubai.
- Occasional travel will be required for client engagements across the MENA region.
