About the Job: The objective of our Enterprise Risk services is to provide clients with a candid and reliable overview of their risk landscape. Our solutions help clients build confidence and trust with their customers and comply with regulatory or contractual requirements. In this role, you will advance your career in risk management and internal auditing, utilizing specific tools to perform analyses and advise clients on enhancing their internal control environments. You will engage with clients and execute risk management and internal audit projects under the supervision of your Managers. As you progress, you will be equipped to better manage risks and align business objectives effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Engage effectively with clients and execute risk management and internal audit projects. - Support business development proposals for existing and new clients. - Develop and refresh methodologies related to existing and new solutions. - Contribute to learning and development initiatives and other firm-wide projects. - Train and support junior team members and supervise their work. - Conduct research and prepare client presentations, contributing to thought leadership documents. Skills and Attributes for Success: - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize workloads in a rapidly changing environment. - Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams. - A continuous learning mindset and familiarity with consulting methodologies. Qualifications: - A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, or other relevant fields. - Professional qualifications (e.g., CIA, CISA, CPA, IRM) are advantageous. - At least 3 years of experience advising clients on risk management and internal audit matters. - IT and data analytics skills are essential. - Willingness to travel. Language Requirements: Candidates must be Saudi nationals as per Saudi Arabian Nationalization law.
