Position

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Risk Senior Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will support client engagement teams, working with a diverse range of clients to deliver professional services. You will participate in Enterprise Risk external client engagements and internal projects, responsible for developing clients’ risk management frameworks and the identification, assessment, and monitoring of principal risks. Your role will address client issues and transformations related to Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, Program Risk Management, process and controls design and effectiveness, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients primarily in areas such as Construction, Project Management, Cost Management, Project Schedule Review, Business Risk services, Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Regulatory Services, GRC, Internal Controls, and Business Process Management.
  • Support transformation projects and internal initiatives and conduct regular reviews of the firm's risks.
  • Identify and assess new and changing risks for clients in the MENA region and globally.
  • Review risk management and controls environment, including key controls identification.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to management and support junior team members in their development.
  • Build valued relationships with clients and internal teams and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality work products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (MBA is a plus).
  • Approximately 5+ years of work experience within the industry, ideally with a Global PMC or consultancy firm.
  • Familiarity with various phases of project controls (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera).
  • Bilingual in English & Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking) is required.
