Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a diverse range of clients across various industries to assess the impact of accounting standards and regulatory changes, focusing particularly on the Oil & Gas and Power & Utilities sectors.
- Handle FAAS solutions offerings in Accounting and Reporting, Fixed Assets Management, Transaction Accounting, and Finance Transformation.
- Build and maintain strong networks internally and externally to cultivate a pipeline of FAAS work.
- Report directly to Managers, Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners during planning, execution, and wrap-up stages of FAAS engagements, ensuring high-quality work that adheres to compliance and the company's risk management policies.

Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of professional experience in finance, ideally within a consulting environment.
- A bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting or an equivalent qualification.
- CPA/CA/ACCA certification.
- Proficient understanding of IFRS with practical experience in various accounting standards.
- Familiarity with financial control, internal/external statutory reporting, finance systems architecture, compliance, internal controls, and risk management.
- Project management experience, including organizational change initiatives.
Communication Skills:
- Fluent in written and verbal English; strong presentation and technical writing skills are essential.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written) is a plus.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience in the Middle East & North Africa region would be an advantage.
