Senior Consultant - Global Business Services - Managed Services

KPMG UAE is hiring a Senior Consultant in Consulting with a focus on Global Business Services (GBS), Shared Services (SS) Advisory, Managed Services, Transformation, and Outsourcing. As a Consultant in KPMG UAE's Advisory practice, you will be responsible for delivering GBS and SSC Advisory Services and outsourcing solutions to clients across various functional service operations areas. You will also manage the transition and operation of outsourced services in SG&A and service operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver GBS and SSC Advisory Services, Managed Services, Transformation, and Outsourcing solutions.
• Support workstreams and/or mid-sized projects on delivery, project planning, budgeting, and quality control.
• Conduct functional maturity assessments and strategy development for Shared Services/GBS transformation programs.
• Design target operating models for multifunctional back-office operations, including Finance, HR, IT, and Procurement.
• Engage in business development activities, supporting Directors and Partners in pursuits for target clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting with a Big 4 or similar organization.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field (business, finance, or accounting) from a top business school.
• Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, PMP, Six Sigma) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate business challenges and explain solutions.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and Presentation/ PowerPoint expertise.
