Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects.
- Expand the cyber defense security business, including projects and team.
- Participate in business development activities while adhering to the firm’s risk management guidelines.
- Demonstrate excellent written and communication skills.
- Be flexible to travel as required.
Requirements
- Strong execution skills.
- In-depth technical and process knowledge for OT/ICS and IoT architecture.
- Proficient in technical report writing and presentations.
- Proven experience managing clients with deep technical expertise, focusing on the technology stack across OT security platforms.
- Preferred experience with Big-4 or top-tier consulting firms.
- Extensive experience leading RFPs, proposals, and expanding client bases through business development activities.
- Strong knowledge of policies and procedures on OT standards, with experience creating frameworks and conducting maturity assessments.
- Familiarity with OT security standards (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, NCSC/CPNI SICS Framework).
- Comprehensive understanding of the OT security technology stack across industries such as Power and Utilities and Oil and Gas.
- Strong experience with OT security solutions (e.g., Nozomi, Claroty).
- Hands-on experience with OT system integration is preferred.
- Experience with OT security transformation programs and vulnerability assessments, including penetration testing and application security testing for SCADA applications.
- Strong knowledge of OT protocols such as Modbus, TCP, HART, etc.
- Knowledge of conducting deep technical assessments including vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and configuration reviews on OT security devices.
