Position

The company Lower Gulf is seeking to expand their People & Change (P&C) team due to a significant client demand for support across key aspects of the HR value chain, including HR Transformation, Organisation Design, Workforce Shaping, Total Rewards, and Talent X. We are looking for an exceptional candidate with a proven track record in delivering large-scale engagements across public and private sector entities in the Middle East. Responsibilities:

  • Deliver project work under the guidance of the Project Manager.
  • Support the delivery of large-scale consulting projects, ensuring technical quality of deliverables and managing client expectations.
  • Leverage data and models to develop strategic plans for client-specific challenges.
  • Conduct gap analyses and current state assessments to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop implementation plans for clients and monitor project progress against key milestones.
  • Assist in developing leadership tools like dashboards and presentations.
  • Conduct structured research assignments based on project needs.
  • Mentor junior team members during project delivery.
  • Support business development through proposal writing and presentations.
  • Engage in practice and solution development by contributing to methodologies and intellectual capital.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Management (Professional HR accreditation is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5 years of people advisory experience in a management consultant or internal consulting position.
  • Experience managing projects and reporting to senior management, with skills in issue escalation and risk management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong capability to manage multiple stakeholders in large, complex projects.
  • Passion for solving people-related issues and proven mentoring/coaching experience.
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
  • Willingness to travel for extended periods within the GCC region based on project requirements.
