Our client, a recognized consulting firm in Monaco specializing in Risk & Compliance, assists companies in demanding sectors with their regulatory, organizational, and strategic challenges throughout the Principality of Monaco.

As part of the development of its Personal Data Protection activity, our client is looking for a Senior Consultant capable of combining technical expertise, management, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

What You Will Do
Attached to the Senior Manager of the Risk & Compliance department, you will play a central role in the development of the activity and the success of client missions.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and managing compliance missions in the area of personal data protection;
  • Ensuring the quality of key deliverables: audits, processing registers, internal policies, information notices, analyses, and recommendations;
  • Supporting and advising clients from various sectors such as banking, asset management, luxury, real estate, yachting, and family offices;
  • Leading training sessions and workshops for clients;
  • Guiding, supporting, and enhancing the skills of the team of consultants;
  • Actively participating in the commercial development of the department: identifying opportunities, drafting commercial proposals, creating new offerings, and contributing to monitoring and communication efforts.

Profile
What We Are Looking For
You hold a Bac+5 degree in law, business school, engineering school, or equivalent training.

You have at least four years of experience in personal data protection, GDPR, or in undertaking missions comparable to those of a DPO.

This experience may have been gained in a consulting firm, law firm, or within a legal, compliance, or data protection department in a company. In this latter case, you should nonetheless be familiar with the codes of consulting: client relations, mission management, delivery production, deadline compliance, and the ability to address multiple topics simultaneously.

Experience gained in France on GDPR issues, in a DPO role, or as part of consulting missions in data protection constitutes an excellent foundation for success in this position. Prior knowledge of Monegasque regulations is appreciated but not a prerequisite, provided you master the fundamental principles and operational practices of personal data protection.

You are familiar with personal data protection regulations and can translate them into pragmatic solutions tailored to businesses' operational challenges.

Ideally, you own some management experience, team supervision, or mission oversight.

In addition to your technical expertise, you are recognized for:

  • Your leadership and ability to grow a team;
  • Your customer service orientation;
  • Your rigor and organizational skills;
  • Your analytical and synthesis capabilities;
  • Your initiative and entrepreneurial spirit.

You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. A good use of artificial intelligence tools is an advantage.

Why You Will Enjoy This Position
You will join a small team where exchanges are direct and initiatives are encouraged.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work on varied, high-value missions;
  • Leverage your French GDPR and DPO experience within the context of Monegasque regulations;
  • Contribute to the strategic development of a growing activity;
  • Enjoy real autonomy in the management of your missions;
  • Evolve in a dynamic environment where ideas are valued;
  • Support the skills development of a team and actively participate in its structuring.

You will also engage in a corporate culture centered on knowledge sharing, managerial proximity, and conviviality.
