About the Job: The company is the leading global expert firm for organizations facing crisis and transformation. Our Corporate Finance team focuses on addressing clients' strategic, operational, financial, and capital needs, handling a wide range of financial and transactional challenges. We are currently seeking a talented and ambitious Senior Consultant to join our leading Restructuring team in Dubai or Riyadh. Typical assignments include lead financial restructuring advisory, financial and operational due diligence, business reviews, cash and working capital management, valuation, and insolvency planning. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct business and liquidity reviews by investigating historical and prospective financial performance. - Prepare and test business plans and financial models. - Undertake variance analysis and identify reasons for performance discrepancies. - Develop a broad understanding of the full suite of consulting offerings. - Communicate findings through report writing and oral presentations. - Build detailed financial models, showcasing expertise in Excel. - Provide training and mentorship to team consultants. Qualifications: - Relevant Restructuring experience in a consulting firm. - Degree in a numerate subject (or equivalent). - Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent preferred. - Strong financial modeling skills and communication abilities. - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail. - Impeccable research, quantitative, and analytical skills. - Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. - Willingness to travel and work in cross-border situations. - Language Requirement: Arabic speaker preferred.
