The purpose of this role is to deliver strategy and advisory consultancy services to AESG's clients, ensuring exemplary quality with an emphasis on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and decarbonisation requirements. You will enhance work quality and efficiency while contributing to business/team development.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Degree in a relevant subject (e.g., Engineering, Sustainable Development, Environment, Business Administration).
- Familiarity or interest in Environmental and Social Governance (ESG) and/or Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
- Minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience, preferably in real estate, manufacturing, investment, or finance industries.
- Experience in ESG reporting, data analysis, regulatory compliance, and materiality assessment.
- Competence in corporate and asset-level Greenhouse Gas (GHG) inventories, baselining, and target setting in accordance with frameworks like GHG Protocol and SBTi.
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage project delivery in a client-facing role, advising on ESG risks, opportunities, and materiality assessments.
- Develop and implement ESG strategies aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare ESG and sustainability reports in line with global frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP).
- Stay updated with ESG regulations in the UAE, KSA, and GCC, and assist clients in implementing climate resilience strategies.
Work Conditions:
- Full-time, on-site role in Dubai.
