About the Job: You will join Deloitte as a Senior Consultant focusing on M&A Transaction Diligence, Execution & Reporting in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will support specific client and engagement pursuits, conduct industry and market research, and assist in various financial advisory engagements such as acquisitions and IPOs. Your responsibilities will involve analyzing large data sets, organizing and interpreting financial information, and liaising with clients and stakeholders. You will also support engagement administration functions, including compliance and onboarding processes. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution - Strong academic track record - Willingness to pursue financial designations (CFA/CBV/CF/CA) - 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or investment - Excellent understanding of financial statements and investment analysis - Advanced technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word - Attention to detail in analysis and presentation - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Motivated self-starter committed to quality service - Alignment with our core values of integrity, ethics, diversity, and inclusion - Dual English/Arabic proficiency preferred
