The Opportunity
We are on the lookout for Cyber Security Consultants – Strategy/Transformation at various levels (Senior Consultant, Assistant Manager, Manager, Senior Manager). This role will require extensive travel to our MENA and GCC offices for client engagements. The position is critical for the execution of strategic initiatives under Cybersecurity (CS) Priorities, focusing on the planning, design, development, and deployment of complex cross-functional initiatives. You will be expected to develop execution plans, drive actions, resolve issues, identify dependencies, and manage stakeholders to achieve intended results on initiatives and programs.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and execute large, strategic initiatives within the CS Priorities portfolio, collaborating with leadership stakeholders.
- Build and foster high-impact relationships with decision makers and influencers within the organization by understanding their evolving needs, expectations, perceptions, and business imperatives.
- Collaborate with reporting/business analytics to assess business KPIs and generate insightful strategies for implementing programs and initiatives successfully. Support business leaders in understanding program KPIs.
- Develop a strategic business portfolio for opportunities in the account, including identifying and closing new business to drive growth and revenue.
- Guide and support various workstream leaders in creating respective workstream approaches, implementation plans, and key success measures.
- Coordinate with diverse functional teams (Finance, IT, Risk, Communications, Talent, etc.) while navigating the program to ensure alignment with overall objectives.
- Learn and understand various systems within the organization to enhance execution effectiveness.
- Provide strategic and effective solutions to problems and challenges that arise.

Qualifications
- MBA or a degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a cybersecurity-relevant advanced degree from a top institution.
- Experience requirements vary based on level:
- 3-6+ years for Senior Consultant/Assistant Manager
- 5-7+ years for Manager
- 10+ years for Senior Manager
- Relevant certifications: CISA, CISM, CRISC, NIST, CISSP, or equivalent.
