About the Role
This position offers an exciting opportunity for Cyber Security Consultants – Strategy/Transformation at various levels (Senior Consultant, Assistant Manager, Manager, Senior Manager). The role is pivotal in the execution of strategic initiatives under Cybersecurity (CS) Priorities, requiring extensive travel to MENA and GCC offices for client engagements. You will play a key role in planning, designing, developing, and deploying strategic, complex cross-functional initiatives across the business. Responsibilities include developing execution plans, driving actions, resolving issues, identifying dependencies, and managing stakeholders to achieve intended outcomes on initiatives and programs.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and execute large, strategic initiatives under the CS Priorities portfolio, collaborating with leadership stakeholders.
- Build and nurture high-impact relationships with decision-makers and influencers within the organization and with user stakeholders, understanding their evolving needs and expectations.
- Work with the reporting/business analytics function to evaluate business KPIs and generate insights to ensure successful implementation of programs and initiatives.
- Develop strategic opportunities in the business portfolio, identifying and closing new business to drive growth and revenue.
- Provide guidance and support to workstream leaders in creating workstream approaches, implementation plans, and key success measures.
- Collaborate with diverse functional teams (Finance, IT, Risk, Communications, Talent, etc.).
- Navigate the program by coordinating service delivery teams to ensure alignment with overall program objectives.
- Gain familiarity with various systems within the organization to enhance execution effectiveness.
- Offer strategic and impactful solutions to challenges as they arise.

Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in computer science, computer engineering, or cybersecurity from a prestigious institution.
- Experience:
- 3-6+ years for Senior Consultant/Assistant Manager
- 5-7+ years for Manager
- 10+ years for Senior Manager
- Certification Requirements: CISA, CISM, CRISC, NIST, CISSP, or equivalent.
