As a member of the Technology Transformation Team, you will play a critical role in helping businesses realize the value of their IT investments. This role involves delivering exceptional client service as part of a high-performing team, focusing on technology enablement, digital transformation, and enterprise intelligence to improve performance. The position will primarily serve MENA clients, working remotely and onsite across various MENA locations, mainly in GCC countries.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Support waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
- Monitor project milestones, schedules, and communicate statuses.
- Prepare content for project progress reporting and documentation.
- Organize and conduct agile ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in areas such as IT governance, service management, and enterprise architecture.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant domain (e.g., Computer Science, Management Information Systems).
- 3-5 years of experience in business or technology consulting, transformation, PMO, operation models, and IT governance.
- Strong technical skills in IT strategy, service management, and cloud architecture.
- Fluent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Certification Preferred:
- Relevant certifications in IT Service Management and Governance (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, Agile).
