In this role, you will advance your career in risk management and internal auditing, utilizing specific tools to perform analysis and provide recommendations for strengthening the internal control environment. You will be equipped to help clients manage risks effectively and align their strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage effectively with clients and execute risk management and internal audit projects under manager supervision.
- Client engagements primarily focus on Business Risk services, Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, and Regulatory services.
- Support innovation in service delivery and ensure adherence to the firm’s Quality and Risk management expectations.
- Assist in business development proposals and develop methodologies related to new solutions.
- Contribute to firm-wide initiatives, including learning and development programs and knowledge sharing.
- Take responsibility for project execution as required and train junior team members.
- Supervise and review work performed by subordinates, ensuring quality before submission.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, or relevant fields.
- Professional qualifications (e.g., CIA, CISA, CPA, IRM) are an advantage.
- Senior Consultant: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in advising clients on risk management and internal audit matters.
- Assistant Manager: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar advisory roles.
- IT and data analytics skills are essential.
- Flexibility to adapt to multiple cultures and sectors, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates must be willing to travel.
