Senior Consultant-Transfer Pricing

A Senior Consultant in Transfer Pricing leads key workstreams on complex TP engagements, including economic analyses, benchmarking reviews, documentation, and planning projects. The role serves as a primary client contact, manages multi‑jurisdictional deliverables, and ensures high‑quality outputs. Senior Consultants mentor junior staff, oversee risk and compliance requirements, and support business development through proposals and technical insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline
• 5-6 years of transfer pricing experience in a professional services environment
• Strong understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, BEPS Action 13, and regional TP laws
• Fluent English (written & spoken); Arabic is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Leads full workstreams of transfer pricing engagements including functional analyses, benchmarking, economic modeling, and TP documentation
• Serves as main day‑to‑day contact for client communication and relationship management
• Manages multi‑jurisdictional projects, coordinating with global offices and consolidating regional deliverables
• Ensures compliance with risk processes across engagements
• Coaches and trains Associates and Consultants, providing structured feedback
• Identifies technical or risk issues proactively and escalates appropriately
• Contributes to practice development initiatives including internal training and proposal development
