Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in management consulting or related fields, particularly in strategy and operations.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and delivering high-quality projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau).
- Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends.
