You will collaborate with domain leads to identify opportunities for automation, develop AI-based solutions, ensure responsible AI practices, and enable team efficiencies. Responsibilities

  • Find and Prioritize Opportunities

    • Collaborate with domain leads to identify manual, repetitive, and high-volume tasks across various domains including strategy, technical assessments, risk management, compliance, and performance management.
    • Develop a prioritized backlog of AI and automation use cases, estimating potential time savings, risks, and efforts for each.
    • Monitor developments in AI technology and best practices, disseminating this information to the Innovation Guidance Team and the broader program.
  • Build AI and Automation Solutions

    • Design, construct, and deploy a range of innovative solutions that include:
      • Evidence and document analysis for compliance and policy reviews.
      • TPRM automation to enhance supplier questionnaire processes.
      • Vulnerability analytics to enrich and prioritize findings based on relevant data.
      • Reporting automation for effective documentation and executive summaries.
      • Development of AI assistants for team efficiency.
      • Anomaly detection use cases for relevant SOC operations.
    • Establish data pipelines and integrations with various security tools, GRC and TPRM platforms, and reporting systems like Power BI.
    • Select the appropriate problem-solving approach, whether through rules, scripts, classical ML, or large language models.
  • Make AI Secure and Responsible

    • Define and enforce standards for safe AI usage, focusing on data management and security practices.
    • Ensure the protection of sensitive data in compliance with PDPL, NCA, and SDAIA guidelines.
    • Conduct thorough testing of AI solutions to prevent data leakage and ensure reliability, adhering to frameworks like OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications and NIST AI RMF.
    • Implement MLOps practices to manage model performance and governance effectively.
  • Enable the Team

    • Document solutions comprehensively and provide training to team members for efficient utilization.
    • Measure solution adoption and time savings, reporting insights back to program leadership and working closely with the Performance Management team.

Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of professional experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, AI, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Python with experience in delivering ML or LLM-based solutions.
  • Experience with ML and LLM frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, scikit-learn) and building retrieval-augmented solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI) and their APIs.
  • Data engineering skills, including SQL and pandas for building data pipelines.
  • Knowledge of secure and responsible AI practices.
  • Background in cybersecurity, GRC, or risk management.
  • Experience with integration of ServiceNow, Archer, OneTrust, or similar security tool APIs.
  • MLOps tooling familiarity, including MLflow, Docker, and CI/CD.
  • Understanding of Saudi AI and data regulations (e.g., SDAIA AI Ethics Principles, PDPL).
  • Arabic language skills are a plus.
  • At least one relevant certification preferred, such as Microsoft Azure AI Engineer, AWS Certified Machine Learning, or Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer, alongside other valued certifications in the field.

Travel and Contract Details

  • This position is based in Riyadh.
  • Expect some travel based on project requirements.
