As a Senior Consultant/Manager in Cyber Talent & Culture Transformation at Deloitte, you will play a pivotal role in leading the analysis of complex data to identify insights that will shape advanced cybersecurity talent and cultural strategies. Your responsibilities will include steering client meetings to articulate findings, structuring presentations, and overseeing team members’ work while providing guidance and support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development and implementation of cybersecurity solutions, ensuring integration into client environments.
- Conducting thorough research efforts to gather relevant data and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
- Collaborating with senior team members across services to enhance the cybersecurity practice.
- Developing proposals and budget plans, managing resources effectively, and fostering team development.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with proven project management skills.
- In-depth understanding of core cybersecurity concepts, risks, and emerging threats, with familiarity in risk management and security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Advanced analytical capabilities and strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
- Advanced PowerPoint skills and the ability to create compelling presentations.
- Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are a plus.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed for client demands.
