Position

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager specialized in Cyber Talent & Culture Transformation for our offices in the UAE, KSA, and Jordan. In this role, you will lead and develop capabilities in the following areas:

  • Analyze complex data and information to identify key insights and trends that drive our advanced cybersecurity talent and cultural strategies.
  • Steer client meetings and presentations to articulate findings and recommendations, effectively guiding clients in understanding and mitigating their risks.
  • Structure presentations and develop compelling content that strategically convey our solutions and approaches.
  • Oversee the work of team members while providing guidance and support.
  • Lead thorough research efforts to gather relevant data and synthesize findings into actionable insights that shape our strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with senior team members across other services to drive the development and enhancement of our cybersecurity practice.
  • Implement cybersecurity solutions, ensuring seamless integration into client environments and delivering measurable improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage resources and budgets effectively.
  • Experience in leading the development of proposals, structuring solutions, and creating budget plans.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, risks, and emerging threats.
  • Extensive knowledge of risk management, assessment methodologies, and security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
  • Advanced analytical capabilities and problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze complex data.
  • Proficient in English speaking and writing skills.
  • Advanced PowerPoint development skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are a plus.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed to meet client demands.

Work Conditions:

  • Full-time, On-site position in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
