Senior Consultant/Manager | Cyber | Talent & Culture Transformation

As a Senior Consultant/Manager within Deloitte's Cyber Talent & Culture Transformation team, you will play a crucial role in leading complex analyses and formulating strategic insights that drive our advanced cybersecurity talent initiatives and cultural strategies. Your responsibilities will include steering client meetings, structuring presentations, and overseeing team members to ensure the successful implementation of cybersecurity solutions that deliver measurable improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis of complex data to identify key insights and trends.
• Conduct client meetings and articulate findings and recommendations.
• Oversee the work of team members while providing guidance and support.
• Direct thorough research efforts to gather relevant data and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with senior team members to drive the development and enhancement of our cybersecurity practice.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a related field.
• Proven project management skills, including resource and budget management.
• In-depth understanding of core cybersecurity concepts and emerging threats.
• Advanced analytical capabilities and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in English, both speaking and writing.

Skills:

• Ability to manage and coach team members effectively.
• Experience in leading the development of proposals and structuring solutions.
• Advanced PowerPoint development skills to create compelling content.
• Creativity and a willingness to explore new ideas to drive client success.
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as required.

Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are a plus.
