What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in writing blogs, email campaigns, website copy, and ad copy.
- A portfolio showcasing real, published writing samples.
- Fluency in written English with grammar and tone that require no additional editing.
- Proficiency in using ChatGPT or similar AI tools for efficient drafting and the ability to rework content into your own style.
- Skill in simplifying complex or unfamiliar topics for easier understanding.
- Basic SEO knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.

- Reliable internet connection that does not drop during critical deadlines.
- Punctuality and consistency in attendance.
- Transparency regarding deadlines; communicate if a draft will not be ready on time before the actual deadline.
- Commitment to follow-through on responsibilities without requiring reminders.
How the Process Works
- Review of your CV – a thorough read, not just a keyword search; clear AI-generated content is easily recognizable and less favorable.
- Submission of a short introductory video – two minutes of you speaking is valued more than written information, assessing clarity and comfort on camera.
- A call with a recruiter for approximately 30 minutes, where you’ll share a specific example of your work.
- Completion of a couple of short take-home exercises that are straightforward and not overly time-consuming.
- Reference check involving someone who has closely supervised your work rather than general character references.
- If a client is available, one final interview where the client makes the hiring decision without repetition of the previous steps.
What to Expect
