Senior Creative Designer (Graphics and Simulations)

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer with expertise in graphics, rendering, and simulations to join our dynamic Digital Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and technically accurate designs, 3D renderings, and simulations that bring our concepts to life. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, playing a key role in designing impactful presentations, templates, and marketing materials that align with our brand identity. Responsibilities

Rendering & Simulation:

• Develop high-quality 3D renderings, simulations, and visual assets for use in marketing, product development, and presentations.
• Collaborate with product designers and engineers to translate technical concepts into visually compelling designs.
• Create photorealistic renderings and animations for product prototypes, architectural designs, or other projects as required.
• Utilize advanced rendering software and tools (e.g., 3DS Max, Photoshop or similar) to produce detailed and accurate visuals.
• Design and execute simulations to demonstrate product functionality, user interactions, or environmental effects.

Graphic Design:

• Design visually engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media, including brochures, posters, and social media assets.
• Develop and maintain a library of branded templates for presentations, reports, and marketing materials to ensure consistency across all communications.
• Create infographics, charts, and diagrams to simplify complex information and enhance storytelling in presentations and documents.
• Ensure all graphic design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent aesthetic across projects.

Presentations & Templates:

• Design and deliver high-impact presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including pitch decks, product showcases, and executive reports.
• Collaborate with teams to create custom templates for recurring use, ensuring ease of use and brand consistency.
• Enhance existing presentations by improving visuals, layouts, and overall design quality.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop presentation materials for campaigns, events, and client meetings.

General Responsibilities:

• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in rendering, simulations, and graphic design.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on rendering, simulation, and graphic design best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product design, and engineering, to align visual content with project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Architecture, or an Engineering discipline.
• A minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience in imagery and video simulations, animations, and related fields.
• Proficiency in software such as 3DS Max, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Certification or previous experience in engineering, architecture, or infrastructure is beneficial.
