Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the central design team to create and maintain a comprehensive style guide for TikTok LIVE in the MENA region.
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of graphic design assets, primarily focusing on 3D and 2D illustrations, promotional campaigns, LIVE stickers, physical swag, and educational materials for creators.
- Work closely with local operation teams and global design teams to align strategies and generate graphic design concepts.
- Develop innovative design strategies that engage users while respecting cultural nuances of diverse MENAT audiences.
- Conduct research on design trends and user preferences, utilizing the latest AI design tools to ensure cutting-edge designs.
- Oversee the complete design workflow to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.
- Rigorously proof-check and review work for accuracy with attention to detail.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in creating 2D and 3D illustrations.
- Understanding of creative and graphic design processes, with a portfolio showcasing successful operation design projects.
- 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Highly creative and organized, capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player in a cross-cultural environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in creating visual identities and/or toolkits.
- Familiarity with AI generative tools (e.g., Comfy UI, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Ideogram).
- Experience in motion graphics.
- Experience and enthusiasm for the live industry, particularly with TikTok.
- Passion for working in a fast-growing and changing environment.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is recommended.
